THE NEED: 

TrueLifeRecovery helps build skills for self-sufficiency for youth experiencing substance abuse and establish a support network of individuals at Lifeline Community Services and in the North Coastal community. The program provides a safe space to treat those with substance use disorders among youth.

PROGRAM SUMMARY: 

TrueLife Recovery aims to serve youth aged 12-17 in need of an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program. TrueLife Recovery serves any adolescent enrolled in a school located in the North Coastal Region needing medical necessity for outpatient services. TrueLife Recovery provides the following but not limited to: evidence-based drug and alcohol outpatient treatment, counseling, case management, and benefit aid. 

PROGRAM SERVICES: 

  • Evidence-based drug and alcohol outpatient treatment
  • Individual, group & family therapy
  • Prosocial activities
  • Case management
  • System navigation (probation & behavioral health)
  • Benefit aid
  • Outreach & presentations to schools & families

Youth aged 12-17 in need of an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program.

OUR IMPACT:

TrueLife Recovery's goals for adolescents is the reduction of substance use relapse and building self-sufficiency to manage life stressors. TrueLife Recovery will assist with building ways to improve the quality of life for youth through trauma-informed services.
 

HOW YOU CAN HELP:

Donations of gift cards for grocery stores, Walmart, Target, entertainment venues, Uber & Lyft. All these donations make excellent incentives for clients in the program.
