Specific Activities
- Prepare budgets for new proposals and prepare modifications for existing grants.
- Monitor agency costs at micro and macro levels.
- Prepare for and facilitate contract audits, onsite reviews, and desk reviews; assist with preparation for annual audit.
- Complete recurring contract billing and collect, customize, and submit back-up. documentation as needed.
- Complete month end reconciliation and various reporting responsibilities.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent related experience
- Experience using a robust enterprise accounting software (i.e., Sage, etc.)
- Excellent math, analytical and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Typing speed of 40+ W
Additional Requirement
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with a good driving record.
- Willing to use own, properly insured, reliable vehicle for the job (mileage reimbursed).
- Employment subject to clearances, including background finger printing checks, driving record, tuberculosis testing, and drug testing.

$25.75-$28.33/hr. Salary will commensurate with experience and education. EEO.
