Francisco Flores Recognized During Latino/a Heritage Month by Assemblymember Tasha Boerner Horvath

Assemblymember Tasha Boerner Horvath recognizes Lifeline Program Manager, Francisco Flores for his incredible impact on the lives of Club Crown Heights youth. Each day during this Latino/a Heritage Month, the Assemblymember is recognizing North County community members whose contributions to our region deserve to be shared and celebrated. Francisco Flores oversees Lifeline's youth programs in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Oceanside and is committed to helping Lifeline Community Services meet its mission. Francisco works day-in and day-out to help keep at-risk youth on the right track.
