Insurance and Retirement Plans
By listing Lifeline Community Services as the beneficiary on your life insurance policy, IRA account, or other retirement plan, you can give assets when they are no longer needed. Please contact your insurance or retirement broker to name Lifeline Community Services as the beneficiary.

Wills and Trusts (Bequests)
Gifts made by bequest will be put to work in our community for years to come. In some cases, charitable donations by bequest can reduce estate taxes for other heirs.
It is recommended to seek legal advice when establishing bequests, to create or amend the necessary documents. Please contact your legal counsel or contact Lifeline Community Services for a referral.
Sample Bequest Language: “I hereby give to Lifeline Community Services, a nonprofit corporation located at 3142 Vista Way, Oceanside, CA 92056 ( _____ dollars or _____ percent of the residue of my estate) to be used for its general purposes.”
