At Lifeline Community Services we give youth and families the tools they need to solve their own problems and become self-reliant. We couldn't do that without the partnering with organizations like yours. Please consider joining us at any of the upcoming or regularly scheduled group volunteer opportunities. Depending on the project or event, we can accommodate small groups of 4 or as large as 20. We work with church groups, student groups, corporate groups, and families. Contact us at volunteer@nclifeline.org for inquiries.

STEM Days at La Casita: 1st Friday of every month
La Casita is set up as an early intervention program for at-risk youth and provides services for (on average) 30 children ages 6 to 12 on a daily basis. The site is a safe space for children to go to when released from school. On the first Friday of the month we have pre-planned, scheduled STEM related activities and labs perfect for curious minded volunteers to do with the kids. We provide the instructions and supplies; you provide the creativity and guidance! This project is best suited for small volunteer groups to sponsor together. 8 to15 volunteers needed. Location: Oceanside, CA. EMAIL the Volunteer Program for more information or sign up for an upcoming date now: https://nclifeline.galaxydigital.com/need/detail/?need_id=742116

Quarterly Day of Cleaning at the DIC

The LifeSpring Drop in Center is a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming space for youth and young adult’s ages 16-27 years of age who are experiencing homelessness or who are at-risk of homelessness. On a quarterly basis, we aim to do some much-needed cleaning and organizing to keep the center in tip-top shape! This time is set aside specifically to organize and clean out the kitchen, supply rooms, closets, back yard, and anything can accumulate clutter and dirt! This will help improve productivity and set the right tone and environment for all the clients and staff that stop by every day. This project is best suited for small volunteer groups to sponsor together. 15 to 30 volunteers needed. Location: Vista, CA. EMAIL the Volunteer Program for more information or sign up for an upcoming date: https://nclifeline.galaxydigital.com/need/detail/?need_id=772453
