Leilani DeLeon

Leilani believes in the power of technology to connect and unite, which has inspired her 25+ years of global marketing leadership with companies including Qualcomm, HP, and EMC as well as several startups.Leilani currently serves as Senior Director and Head of IoT Product Marketing for Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. (QTI), where she leads 360-degree marketing strategy and execution for the global IoT (Internet of Things) business within Qualcomm.
In addition to Leilani’s professional endeavors, she believes in giving back to her community and works with organizations such as APIA Scholars, Junior Achievement USA, and Outrigger Hoe Wana'ao Canoe Club, in addition to mentoring inside and outside of Qualcomm to empower and inspire the next generation of women leaders.
Leilani believes in and is passionate about Lifeline’s mission to build self-reliance among youth, adults and families and was especially drawn to the work Lifeline does with foster youth transitioning into adulthood through the LifeSpring program. As a mother of 2 kids transitioning to college and adulthood, she knows that supportive guidance is a key part of making a successful transition towards self-reliance.
