Leadership Team

Alejandra is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the Assurance practice at Ernst & Young (EY). At EY, she has built a distinguished career serving clients across a wide array of industries, both in private and public sectors.

In addition to her client-focused work, Alejandra was a proactive leader in internal initiatives where she spearheaded programs such as Young Executives of Color and College MAP, demonstrating her commitment to fostering diversity and supporting the development of emerging talent. Her extensive experience and leadership in these areas reflect her dedication to both her profession and her community. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting. In her spare time, she enjoys playing recreational soccer and mountain biking.
